WHAT WE DO

OUR MISSION
Regional energy transition initiatives often stall because high-level climate policies fail to translate into practical, site-level execution, leaving local stakeholders struggling with fragmented data, static assumptions, and repeated trial-and-error. IKLIM Hub serves as an independent technical guide to bridge this gap.
Through our four integrated pillars (Create, Host, Scale, and Implement), we equip public and private actors with open-source diagnostic tools, central knowledge repositories, and hands-on capacity building designed for immediate field deployment.
By replacing speculative planning with rigorous, tech-neutral engineering and whole-economy transition frameworks, we empower regional partners to eliminate duplicated efforts, de-risk clean energy investments, and achieve lasting, climate-resilient economic growth.

OUR PUBLIC GOOD MANDATE
Centered around applications of distributed energy, we aim to directly support energy transition from the bottom up. Our founders and team members have supported distributed energy implementation in Indonesia, TImor Leste, and Papua New Guinea since 2010.
By implementing strategically relevant activities as part of our public good mandate, we are actively applying our frameworks. It also allows us to have practical on-the-ground experiences that feed into influencing our larger body of work.
Some of the work includes supporting rooftop solar PV implementation for residential and C&I installations. We also align energy deployment with local economic activity by supporting agricultural processing, cold storage, small-scale manufacturing, and local commercial enterprises. By turning power into income-generating capacity, communities build the financial base needed to support their energy infrastructure independently.
